Abstract The present work focuses on the investigation of degradation screen‐printed epoxy coatings printed circuit boards under multiple corrosion loads realized by pressure cooker test (PCT). Since methods like common mechanical shear strength tests are destructive and limited in information, authors' approach used electrochemical impedance spectroscopy to study change their behavior state degradation. Complementarily, Fourier‐transformed infrared was investigate possible molecular polymer due exposition. experiments were carried out after different times load.
